On Thursday, July 23, 2009, Gaylord's once again catered our annual Local 95 Retired Chapter picnic. The weather in the beginning was beautiful. After serving about 20% of our guests, the rains came...drenching rains. The Gaylord crew worked through this down-pouring of rain like the pros they are. The tents kept the main meal dry and the rest of the food was moved to a covered spot. The crew did not miss a beat. The serving went on just as if it was still sunny and clear. They served and did all the things that needed to be done to make our event a success. When the serving was completed and all were fed, they checked and made sure everyone's needs were met. Then, they checked on each other to find that not one of them had dry clothing on.

The Gaylord crew went above and beyond to make our event a great experience for our retirees. We hope you realize what great people you have working for you...Thanks for another year of a job well done.
